End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you ("User") and VoiceHire regarding your use of the VoiceHire ATS software and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, VoiceHire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices

• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose

• You may not share your account credentials with third parties

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant VoiceHire a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

VoiceHire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your use of the Service.

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this EULA.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VoiceHire disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
